Oil & Gas

Cargo that stops a rig if it stops moving.

Oil and gas logistics in Nigeria is defined by two things: the cost of waiting, and the weight of the compliance regime around it. A drilling component held at a port gate is not a delayed shipment — it is a rig not turning, and the daily figure attached to that dwarfs anything on the freight invoice.

The regulatory layer is unusually dense. Nigerian Content requirements under the NCDMB shape who can handle the work at all. Equipment brought in temporarily for a campaign moves under a different regime from equipment imported outright, and getting that classification wrong at the Form M stage is expensive to unwind. Add the operators’ own vendor qualification and HSE audit requirements and the shortlist of firms who can genuinely do this work in Nigeria is short.

We are based in Trans Amadi, Port Harcourt, with our bonded terminal on the same site — inside the region, not managing it from Lagos.
